The factory adheres to strict raw material selection and tableware molding development

The production base has 10 modern production lines. We have the latest technology: 3 advanced polishing machines, 4 sorting systems, 40 fiber pre-selection equipment, 60 surface treatment equipment and 10 1.3 million pixel high-resolution image sorting machines. All these machines work together to ensure that we can achieve our goal of producing 2*40 inches of high-specification materials every day.

In Shandong, the company has a standard production workshop of 16,500 square meters and a Class 100,000 clean workshop of 3,000 square meters. It has introduced modern machinery and equipment, strictly abides by the BRC international food safety management system standards, and relies on automated, digital, and information-based data collection and analysis management systems and ERP production management systems to achieve a breakthrough in intelligent production in the industry.

With many years of professional experience and technology in handicraft production, our Shandong production base meets the diverse needs of the global market. The Shandong factory covers an area of 42,000 square meters and is equipped with the first highly automated and intelligent bamboo product pre-processing production line in China. Combined with the Andon system and ERP management information system, it realizes the digital and intelligent management of the production process.
