What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ varies by product category:

  • Kitchen & Dining: 100-200 pieces per item
  • Pet Products: 100-200 pieces per item
  • Event Supplies: 200-500 pieces per item
  • Gift & Packaging: 100-500 pieces per item
  • Round Wood Slices: 500-1000 pieces

For first-time orders, we offer flexible MOQ starting from 500 pieces total (mixed products allowed) to help you test the market.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer samples for most products. Sample terms:

  • Stock samples: Available immediately at $10-30/sample (refunded on first bulk order)
  • Custom samples: 5-7 days production, $50-100/sample depending on complexity
  • Shipping: Express shipping via DHL/FedEx (3-5 days worldwide)

Sample costs are 100% refundable when you place your first order of $3,000 or more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
  • L/C (Letter of Credit): For orders over $10,000
  • PayPal: For sample orders and orders under $3,000
  • Western Union: For urgent small orders

For long-term partners, we offer Net 30 terms after 3 successful orders.

Customization & OEM/ODM

Do you offer custom branding and logo engraving?

Yes! We offer multiple branding options:

  • Laser Engraving: Permanent, precise logos (free for orders over 500pcs)
  • CNC Carving: Deep, tactile brand marks
  • Screen Printing: Full-color logos on flat surfaces
  • Hot Stamping: Metallic or colored foil logos
  • Custom Packaging: Branded boxes, inserts, and labels

Setup fees start at $50-150 per design (one-time charge). We provide free digital mockups within 24 hours.

Absolutely! Our ODM service includes:

Typical timeline: 2-3 weeks for design + 2 weeks for samples. MOQ for custom designs: 500-1000 pieces.

What are your production lead times?

Standard production times:

  • Stock products (no customization): 7-10 days
  • Logo engraving only: 10-15 days
  • Custom packaging: 15-20 days
  • Full custom design: 25-35 days

We offer rush orders for an additional 10-20% fee (subject to production capacity).

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship worldwide with multiple options:

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Most economical for large orders (30-45 days)
  • Air Freight: Faster option (7-14 days)
  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Samples and small orders (3-5 days)
  • Rail Freight: Europe-bound orders (18-25 days)

We handle all export documentation, customs clearance support, and can ship to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

How do you ensure product quality?

Our quality control process includes:

  1. Raw Material Inspection: Wood moisture content, grain quality, defects check
  2. In-Process QC: Checks at cutting, shaping, finishing stages
  3. Final Inspection: 100% visual check + AQL sampling
  4. Pre-Shipment Inspection: Photos/videos sent for approval
  5. Third-Party Option: SGS, Intertek, or your inspector welcome

Defect rate: <2%. Any defective items are replaced free of charge in your next order.

Are your wooden products food-safe?

Kitchen and dining orders can be produced with food-contact requirements in mind:

  • FDA / LFGB testing: Can be arranged for the required market
  • EU documentation: Confirmed by material, finish and order requirement
  • Natural Finishes: Food-grade mineral oil, beeswax, or raw untreated
  • No Harmful Chemicals: Lead-free, BPA-free, phthalate-free
